Question : I just noticed a couple smalls red bumps on the shaft of my penis and one on the head. Is this herpes?

I emailed the picture. They don't itch or hurt. I have had bumps here and there in the past,mostly in the public hair area that passed quickly. The sec was unprotected and actually ceased after a minute or two because it felt awkward being such close friends.

Most lesions look like water filled. So herpes is a possibility. The bumps still exist or have they ruptured?
Lesions of herpes rupture within a day.
