Question : my 5 year old son has two red circle patches with fluid like centers on the same arm and just got another on his leg. they turn white when pressed and are itchy. about 1/4 inch in diameter.

So you can be bit with no tick attached? He was in XXXXXXX with his grandparents for a week and they live in forested area.
