                                    Brief Answer:
use a topical antifungal
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
They appear to be due to fungal infection.
Typically fungal infections of the skin cause circular lesions to occur. These are sometimes scaly but not necessarily so.
When fungal infections involve the skin (instead of nails and scalp) then topical medication can be used.
If there is no response to topical medication or the rash is very wide spread then oral antifungals would be needed.
Eg of topical antifungals are ketoconazole , econazole, miconazole . These may be over the counter
It can take 2 to 3 weeks in some cases for a response
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
