Ingrown hair or hair follicle inflammation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Can you please attach a photo of it so I can give more precise answer?
In this location most probable reason of such bump is an ingrown hair or hair follicle inflammation. Pus presence definitely indicates inflammatory process.
As you have already drained it, it should get healed without any action.
Please keep it dry and clean. If it wont get better in few days, consult dermatologist.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

It's a little bit bigger it's red and I can't squeeze it because it hurts now
Brief Answer:
Please do not squeeze it anymore.
Detailed Answer:
Squeezing it you make skin cells smashed. This aggravates the inflammation. Please try to not squeeze it anymore and see if this will help with healing.
