Question : hello i just noticed one small pimple on my penis and i am freaking out i can not sleep for fear of an sti.

i am sexually active i been with the same girl for 6 months and had one encounter before that i do not use protection usually. last contact was a week ago but its been ongoing for 6 months. no pain no burning no itching and my glands are not swollen. should i be worried i have made an appointment with a sti clinic but i am just to stressed i can not sleep and have become extremely depressed as of today.

Hi.

I have reviewed the Image. I can see a single red, patch/ papule on skin of penis. Overlying skin is intact and there are no sores.
This does'nt seem like an STD.
This looks more like a beginning of fungal infection.
I suggest you to try an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream, twice daily for a few days.
