Brief Answer:
Rashes seems to be due to allergy to paints.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Yes,your rashes could be due to allergy to paints or its fumes used in cars.

An allergic response is the result of the immune system's overreaction to an unknown particle or substance.

Paint allergies can result from the inhalation of strong vapours or contact with the skin.

Allergy sufferers can use preventative and therapeutic strategies to deal with an allergic reaction to paint.

All paints produce vapours that create an allergic reaction in many people. Coughing, runny nose, sore throat and congestion, itchy or watery eyes are standard reactions to paint fumes.

Apart from inhalation, physical contact is the also frequent means by which allergy sufferers are exposed to paints or its fumes.

People who experience reactions from touching something often develop contact dermatitis,a localized skin irritation that includes a rash or discoloured skin, itchiness and sometimes blistering.

The most effective way to avoid skin reactions to paint is to wear adequate clothing and gloves.

You can also go for routine blood counts and allergic testing to allergists or dermatologist.

Brief Answer:
You must consult neurophysician.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow up query.
As I said earlier, fumes or vapours of car paints might cause allergic response to skin, lungs, sinus in conditions when the get exposed by inhalation or ingestion or absorption from skin over a period of time.
Some of chemicals like methylene chloride, lead, benzene might also affect nervous system like dementia, dizziness, visual or auditory impairment or hallucinations etc.
If you have a problem with memory, mood or daily routine work and had a history of exposure to paints since long period of time then you must see neurophysician for complete medical history of exposure and thoroughly clinical examination to rule out neurological component.
Thanks and Regards,
