Brief Answer:
Most likely from muscle use.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

The correlation of the reddish urine after a work out is most likely that you have some muscle break down that has caused blood in the urine. This happens to runners and others who exercise a lot.

However, painless hematuria in men should always be evaluated, even if there is a likely known cause. So do go see your doctor. It is important to follow up on this. I recommend calling your doctor's office tomorrow morning to let the nurse know about this, and follow up from there accordingly.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information or clarification.
