Question : Hi I had sex for about 3 hours last night, and I have small red dots on both sides of my pelvic area and on my pubic area though not on my penis. It slightly itches, but I'm just worried. Does that sound like an STD or just like a rash of some sort from friction?

Brief Answer:
This is friction. Not an STD!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this rash and all the inconveniences this has caused you. I have reviewed this information fully and it is not suggestive of an infection. The duration of this sex is so long and probably explains this. I will also recommend that you always use protection during intercourse. For now, no specific treatment is needed unless something else comes up.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
