What Causes Red Dots On Penis Head Post Unprotected Sex?

Question : Hello doc,
So, I had unprotected sex with a girl I was with a few months ago and I noticed a few days later that I had some red dots on the head of my penis. I googled my symptoms and I thought the cause was balantitis. I applyed lotramin and it went away after a few days. After that we had unprotected sex plenty of times and everything was fine. I no longer talk to her and the red dots came back today after it being a few months since talking to her. I have had sex recently but it was protected. But I'm pretty sure it isn't an std because we had performed oral sex on each other and neither of us had nothing irregular in our oral areas. Its just on the head, and it doesn't itch, nor do I have any discharge of any sort. The only symptoms I'm showing is the red dots. I have applied Lotramin once again, but I hope you can diagnose me with something because I don't really feel to comfortable going to see a doctor for this.
Thanks doc.

Brief Answer:
it could be balanitis itself
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have read your query in detail.
It could a recurrence of the balanitits in itself. Since you do not report any other symptoms other than the red spots, it could be a minor problem. However, I suggest that you get the STD panel tests done to rule out any underlying STD.
Rest, please practice safe sex always to prevent the dreaded STDs.
It is better to self-refer yourself for the tests. Based on the test findings, you can think about consulting a doctor or not.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
