What Causes Red Inflamed Blisters On Shoulders?

Question: My Grandson who is 7 yrs. old. I am an RN and my son-in-law sent me a pic of XXXXXX back and shoulders/his entire back looks like the measles....has had MMR vacs. but his shoulders are blistered, extremely red and inflamed. No temp.....no drainage from shoulders.

Hi...by what you quote I feel that it is an allergic rash....could be bed bugs too.

But skin conditions are best diagnosed and treated after seeing them (as you very well know).

Thank you...He has an appt. with his Pediatrician on Mon. soon as he could be seen. I advised his Dad to keep him and his 12 yr. old sister @ home this weekend, no overnight guest and not to allow children to visit any other homes this weekend to prevent exposure. Also advised Dad to not allow my Grandson to sleep with anyone else and to not let him to lay on common area floors...just in case it is Bedbugs or scabies.
