Question : Hello, My skin is breaking out in red blotches that won't go away. When I rub my hand across them the area feels rough. After a while they turn dark and scaley. I am wondering if it's an allergic reaction to a medication or something but this condition is getting progressively worse. Can you help me find out what is going on with my skin, I am very concerned about this and I don't have a dermatologist.
