Brief Answer:
Possibility of fungal Infection; upload Image

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to Healthcare magic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone to your query.

I would keep a possibility of fungal infection though I would be more sure about my diagnosis if you could upload a clear digital Image of the area of concern.

You could apply topical OTC antifungal cream for example clotrimazole cream twice daily for 4-6weeks.

Oral cetrizine 10 mg once daily.

Antifungal dusting powder can be used to keep the folds dry and prevent recurrence.

Regards
