Detailed Answer:
Hi

You seem to have developed urticaria.
Sudden development of such an itchy skin rash can occur due to allergic reaction in our body to the intake of any medicines or after intake of some food stuff containing preservatives or colouring agents to which our body is allergic or it can also occur as a reaction to any infection in the body like cold cough,urine or abdominal infection.

Take some oral antihistamine agent like Benadryl to bring down the allergy or you can take tablet claritin once daily for the next three to four days .
Avoid taking any other medicines ,avoid outside food.
On case anytime you tend to develop swelling around eyes ,lips ,or difficulty in breathing ,you might need a short course of oral steroids.
