What Causes Red Lines On Testes And Varicocele?

default
Posted on Mon, 13 Jul 2015
Question: Hi Doctor,

I have been contacting you before because i trust your advice

I did a varicocele operation one month ago in my left testis.
It was too good for 2 weeks from my point of view. because i saw in my testis all the red lines and green lines were disappearing completely.

I did sex with my wife 3 days after operation then one week and 10 days after operation and nothing happened, it was just some pain which is fine.

But after 2 weeks i travelled alone and i did masturbate and watch porno for longer time.
And this was 2 weeks ago and since that time , i feel very bad about my testis.
Every thing returned exactly like before the operation
I see too much red lines in my testis
i saw a green small bag inside my testis and i think this is the sick vein

I went to 2 doctors after this and they both said i am fine as they checked the area over my testis and it looks fine

My questions
1- what is this green bag inside my testis, remember that before i do operation i did ultrasound and every thing was fine but the 3.1 mm varicocele

2- if operation failed or varicocele came back on other veins, can i do surgery on left testis for the 3rd time

Brief Answer:
Recurrence of Varicocele is unlikely within such a short period.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone surgery for Varicocele 3 weeks ago and has noticed red lines and green bag in tour testicle .

At the outset I would I would like to state that it is practically impossible to look into interior of testis.

Assuming that you see red lines and green bags in scrotal sac It is likely to be due to inflammation of the spermatic cord and small hematoma in scrotal sac However this can be confirmed only on Ultrasound Scanning and Colour Doppler study of Scrotum.

Please consult operating surgeon for clinical assessment and get these investigations done.

Please do not jump to any conclusion .

In the mean while take anti inflammatory medicines like Diclofenac twice daily.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask me I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
