Question : hello I have recently had unprotected sex with a woman who was in a committed relationship before me and she said she was clean. but now I have some red lumps on the side of my penis and some tears or something under my foreskin that sting when I touch them. I have had the lumps before a long time ago. I was just recently tested for STDs and had nothing that the told me so I am confused. I thought maybe folliculitis because I have folliculitis barbae but I am not sure. here are some pics please help me diagnosis this thank you .

when I do research on line the pics of genital herpes do not look the same as what I have. How sure are you sir ?

The variety of lesions suggest at least 70% possibility

Thanks for reverting back to me.

There are variety of lesions which may confuse sometime but presence of vesicles near the glans penis is almost suggestive of herpes.

In my view there is possibility of more than 70 % if vesicles are found among lesions. In addition pain on touching is another indication toward herpes.
