Brief Answer:
hello

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Good day.
Sorry to hear about what happened to your husband. Please do not try to break open the blisters. The fact that he is diabetic means that he should seek medical attention immediately. These blisters can get infected. Do not apply any creams except may be a mild antibiotic cream containing silver. Wash with normal saline or clean water , soak dry with a clean steamed towel and apply this. However he would surely need to take oral antibiotics and may require some blood works.
