Question : Hi I am XXXX I have some small red patches inside my mouth from last 3 years , what is the reason and how it will be cured there is no problem from it at all.

There are many reasons for these red patches. It can be because of smoking or any fingal infection or any autoimmune disease like lichen planus or pemphigus.
