Question : My 33 years old wife has red paches on the skin. It comes occasionally and spread to different part of body and last for around 5-12 days and disappear. Again after menstrual period it would come. It started around 12 years back. what could be the reason? what treatment can be done?

It is most likely ring worm infection and she needs to get certain investigations done.
In my opinion get Fasting blood sugar, complete blood count, absolute eosinophil count and ESR done.
Get the reports and then we will discuss further management
