I just had sex without condom with my gf 3 days ago
Now i got some red pimples on my pennis head also i got its itching.what are these causes and what should i do for it.

It is very difficult to make a diagnosis without examining you. If possible kindly post photos of affected area.
I would suggest you to get it examined thoroughly by a dermatologist.
If it is a case of herpes, you will be prescribed an antiviral like Acyclovir.
Also abstinence from sex till complete treatment is a must.
