Brief Answer:
Could be blanching lesion of dilatation of vessel

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

How long you are having this lesion? You had not mentioned anything about your sexual activities. Are you on any medicines?

The description given by you seems to a blanching rash (going white on direct pressure on the lesion) which might have not related to sexual activity or STD, but could be due to a local dilatation of blood vessels (pure dermatological problem) or an exantheme rash. If you could upload a picture of the same with a good clarity, I may be able to say more.
Nothing serious.

Brief Answer:
Genital warts ruledout.Irritation could be a cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I saw the pictures sent by you.
Some pictures are good, whereas others are not up to the mark. Do you mean to say those red papules present since six months?
The pictures are not related to Genital warts and it could be ruled out. Genital herpetic lesion would not persist for more than 2-3 weeks. But it can recur at intervals during this six months. Few pictures showed inflammation of adjacent area.
Do you have any irritation or pain in that area?
If there is irritation you would not leave it for six months. It did not appear as a blanching rash as I explained previously.
It could possibly due to some irritation to your penile skin like soaps, topical applications or antiseptics.
Whether your wife has any problem like excessive genital discharge or itching over genitals. These may have some relevance to your problem.
A close direct inspection and palpation will give clues to arrive at a diagnosis. So consult your physician and take his/her guidance for further management.

OK to ansewer your questions. they resemble the little red moles i have on other parts of my body my hole life. there has never ever been irritation. it has never ever looked like a rash.. it has never ever looked like a pimple or boil. it has never ever had a discharge or a opening gaping soar. once they apeared the only change they have made is to grow just a bit. they have never ever itched. they have been there for a solid 6 months maybe longer with no changes. there has never ever been pain. would not even know they were there if i did not see them.
My wife has not experienced any discharges or any issues.
Does this resemble anything at all that could be a std? Or is it more probably to be some other sort of other disorder.

Brief Answer:
Mole like lesions can be ignored

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
As your wife has no other symptoms possibility of infection can be ruled out.
As you are having similar lesions elsewhere in the body for years, it could also be the same as those. Certain individuals used to have similar mole like lesions over body and they are mostly follow as heredity traits. It is due to slight abnormality in the capillaries. But it would not lead any harm to you. So ignore the same and have your normal life.
