Question: My 2 yr old has a red rash all over her body and face I don't know what this is they are small bumps with redness a fever that stays at 100degF

Usually rashes are caused due to allergic reaction to something. But fever with rashes could be caused due to a number of viral infections. Give the child cetirizine syrup. In the meantime it would be really appreciable if you could upload an image using the facility on the upper right of this page. Also mention how long it has been there. That will enable me to comment better on what it is and what should be done.
