Brief Answer:
Eczema. Use lotion and get steroid cream.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
It is most like eczema. It's a very itchy rash.
You should use lotion at least 3 times a day, especially after showering, bathing, or washing. Hot water can make it worse.
You should also use an antihistamine such as Zyrtec or allerga. You can also use Zyrtec cream.
Ultimately you will need to see a doctor to get steroid cream which is the treatment. You may also need a stronger antihistamine particularly at night to control the itching. .
