Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this red and sore lesion that you have reported. I will like to see an image of this area. The description is suggestive of cellulitis and treatment with topical antibiotics is not always effective. This area has to be examined by your doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and antibiotics treatment if need be. Remember antibiotics can only be obtained through your prescribing doctor and not otherwise.

In all, suggestive of a possible soft tissue infection in the form of cellulitis. Examination for confirmation and treatment advised. Also, an image for review before visiting doctor would permit inspection and more personalized and grounded recommendations.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Thank you so much for using our services this day.
