Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
These red spots can be Fordyce spots, enlarged sebaceous gland.
Can you please upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Also let me know when did you have last sexual contact.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.

Here are some photographs. Again, just sort of showed up in a matter of a couple of hours. I had sex with my wife last night. However, about 9 and a half weeks ago I did have protected sex with a prostitute. One time only. Have been feeling really guilty and almost a hypochondriac. Every little thingI could find I am looking for an excuse to be an std or herpes or something. But no symptoms have shown at all. Until now. So again, dont know if it is an std or just a reaction to the pool or something else.
Brief Answer:
Not std
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
Just relax it's not an std.
No std will manifest after 9 weeks of contact.
It presents within a week.
It's just an allergic reaction.
Apply cortisone cream for 5 days you will get relief.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
Thank you
