What Causes Red Spots In Penis Shaft After Intercourse?

Question: I was wondering if you could help me. I am in a long term relationship with my current girlfriend and shortly after we started having sex I started noticing that I was getting red bloches on the shaft of my penis. With metricated lotion and triple antibiotic I can get it to go away after about 2 weeks. But as soon as I have sex with my girlfriend again it comes right back the next day. What could this be? Or what is causing this?

Brief Answer:
3 possibilities

Detailed Answer:
Hi
There are a couple of possibilities-

1. This may be a new infection that you are catching everytime after intercourse. Maybe she needs to be examined and tested for infection

2. Possibility of trauma with secondary infection is strong. Thats something you can rule out on your own. No testing needed

3. Possibly the rash develops again and again due to continued subclinical infection. In simple words, the original infection is continuing due to inadequate/incorrect antibiotic cover. A dermatology opinion would be helpful. Alternatively you can upload a picture of the lesion, so we can try o diagnose it.

Best of luck
