Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have read your query and understood your concern.
I have seen the attached pic also. Thanks for the same.
It seems that you are having a skin disease known as tinea corporis rather than tinea versicolor. It is also a fungal infection but caused by different species of fungi.
I will like to know the following details:
1) Is the rash itchy?
2) Is the rash permanent or disappears completely in between?
3) How about your diabetic status ?
4) similar lesions anywhere else on body like groins, axilla or any other site ?
Kindly get back to me with reply of the above questions so that i can help you to my best.
Stay healthy

Hello dear,
Welcome again.
Thanks for replying to my questions.
Apply clotrimazole/ sertraconazole cream twice daily over the lesion.
Keep the area clean and dry.
I usually also advice my patients to take tab fluconazole 150 mg once a week for atleast 2 weeks. You will need to take it under medical supervision.
Change and wash your clothes daily.
Hope it helps.
