Brief Answer: Needs further tests Detailed Answer: Hi XXXX This is Dr Mittal I have read your query carefully. There are a few possibilities. But the most significant possibility I can think of is a bleeding disorder or a platelet disorder. the spots may have formed due to the inability of the blood to stop the blood leaking from the vessels. As such, I would recommend testing for Platelet count and PT/INR. I would be glad to help you further if there is any further query Best of luck Dr Mittal
