Question: I have red spots on my penis and they don't hurt but have them when I masturbate allot and had them for about 6 months come
s and goes I think it might be syphilis

it is characterised by red colored itchy rash over area.
I will advise you to get your blood sugar levels done.
In such cases, I prefer to advise topical antifungals like clotrimazole cream and tablet fluconazole to my patients.
You should visit your doctor so that he can do clinical examination of the area and give you prescription.
