Oral and topical antifungal drugs
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the pictures.
It seems like you have got Candidial balanoposthitis-a fungal infection affecting glans penis and prepuce.
I would recommend you oral antifungal drugs like fluconazole 150mg once daily for 10 days.
Also I would advise application of anitfungal cream containing sertaconazole twice a day for 4 weeks.
Maintain hygiene and use Ketoconazole based soap for rinsing of genitals on regular basis.
I would also insist on examination of your partner for any fungal infection.
Hope this will take care of your condition.
Thank you

I am afraid my prescription would not be valid in your country. The best option for you would be to consult your dermatologist and discuss the treatment protocol I have advised to you.
