                                    Brief Answer:
May be fungal infection or herpes.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
It is good that the tests are negative. It is not clear about the type of herpes test.Usually IgM and IgG antibodies to HSV1&2 tests are done.IgM comes positive in early stage.IgG is positive in late stage and is more reliable.
Both HSV1&2 can be transmitted as STDs.
Does your partner has fungal infection or white discharge or herpes?.
Can you please send another clear photo of lesion for further clarification.
Do The lesions have multiple vesicles ( water filled lesions)?
It may be due to herpes or fungal infection.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
