What Causes Red Spots On Stomach Area?

Question : Ive had these red circles with white center appear on my stomach area. They dont itch at all, not raised no bumps, im in the heat all day im a mechanic. Could this be a type of heat rash?

Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like fungal infection.
These infections are usually itchy but can be even asymptomatic.
I treat such cases with ointment clotrimazole and tablet Fluconazole.
These are antifungals and give excellent response within 15 days.
