I would like to know where on body do you have red spots? since how long? do you have any associated symptoms? Can you please also upload a few images in "Reports Section"?

they have been there many years there are several on the stomach and one on the side.

No associated symptoms.

You seem to have cherry angiomas. I picture would have helped me confirm this possibility.
Cherry angiomas or spider nevi are benign vascular tumors. They are just a cosmetic concern. They can be treated with ekectrofulguration.
