Question : This morning I noticed 4 to 5 red dots on my pelvis area right about the shaft of my penis. They don't hurt or itch. I was wondering what this looks like to you. Not sure if its an std or just irritated.

Related your concern I have seen carefully your pictures and I think that these elements could be herpes simplex HSV2 and I suggest to test for HSV2 IgG .
