It seems herpes or allergic reaction to DOX-SL

From the attached pictures it seems there is vesicles (lesions filled with fluid) which is indicative of herpes infection.
The second possibility is allergic reaction to Doxycycline which was prescribed to you recently.
Please visit your doctor and ask him to change the antibiotic and investigate for herpes infection.
