Question : I have red spots on my penis head but it was not itch and pain. He tested for HIV, STD and sugar -resulted negative. I was done ACL surgery on my knee after it replected on my penis head

It seems herpes or allergic reaction to DOX-SL

From the attached pictures it seems there is vesicles (lesions filled with fluid) which is indicative of herpes infection.

The second possibility is allergic reaction to Doxycycline which was prescribed to you recently.

Please visit your doctor and ask him to change the antibiotic and investigate for herpes infection.
