Question: my wife is experiencing red spots on both her shoulders from the past few days.a attached is the photo

she delivered our daughter 8 months ago
she had mensural cycle twice till now

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached image. The red spots are possibly due to the hormonal excess that frequently occurs during pregnancy and breast feeding. You need to give it some time. Gradually the hormonal levels would balance out and these would subside. I do not think that interventions would help much as of now. Still, if you want, application of Retinoic acid ointment could help.
