Question : I got red spots with pus around the base of my penis and inner tighs after sex and oral sex, is this normal?

Suggestive of sexually transmitted disease.
Get examined properly by a doctor for appropriate treatment.
Refrain from further sexual activity till you are cured.

I suggest you to take anti viral drug Acyclovir after consulting a dermatologist.
