Question : I was bitten by a small black XXXXXXX on my forearm and it has swollen, itches and it is red and hot. I have no other symptoms it has worsen for the last 15 hours. Should I seek urgent care. I have no breathing problems

This is probably not emergency and you dont need to go to ER but This is obviosuly infection due to bite and antibiotic treatment is definitely required. So you need to see your doctor when you can but it should be within 12 hours. Till that ,keep your head elevated, apply cold compresses, take nonsteroid painkillers.
