Question : my son has a red swollen testicle could this be caused by hair removal creme left on for longer than it should he is autistic what can i do for him

hi just wanted to ask as he was ok before using the hair removal creme cant take photo

As you are unable to provide photograph, I will suggest you the followig line of treatment.
Oral prednisolone 5 mg twice a day for 1 week
Apply hydrocortisone and fusidic acid cream thrice a day gently over the affected areas.
Apply a soothing moisturiser like Cetaphil moisturizing cream 15-20 mintues after applying the above creams.
Take oral antihistaminics like Benadryl as required for itching and irritation.
Avoid tight undergarments and harsh soap.
Hope this will take care of his condition
