Question: my son has a red swollen testicle could this be caused by hair removal creme left on for longer than it should he is autistic what can i do for him

hi just wanted to ask as he was ok before using the hair removal creme cant take photo

As you are unable to provide photograph, I will suggest you the followig line of treatment.
Oral prednisolone 5 mg twice a day for 1 week
Apply hydrocortisone and fusidic acid cream thrice a day gently over the affected areas.
Apply a soothing moisturiser like Cetaphil moisturizing cream 15-20 mintues after applying the above creams.
Take oral antihistaminics like Benadryl as required for itching and irritation.
Avoid tight undergarments and harsh soap.
