Brief Answer:
Possibility of scabies

Detailed Answer:
thank you. i have reviewed the images

Going by the distribution and symptoms this seems like scabies to me. it is an infection caused by a mite sarcoptes scabiei.

I suggest you to take a tablet of ivermectin 12mg singke dose and then repeat the dose after 7 days.

in addition i would also suggest you to take a tablet of cetrizine once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.

Brief Answer:
Would treat empirically for scabies if no improvement on clobetasol/allegra

Detailed Answer:
hi.

clobetasol and allegra would help control itching e.g if it is a bug bite/arthropod bite bite but if this is scabies then these together wont cure scabies. Therefore if your skin condition is not improving much with clobetasol/allegra then i would like to treat you empirically for scabies with either oral ivermectol or single application of permethrin 5% cream. Scabies can be acquired by close skin to skin contact with someone who already has the infection or by sharing bedsheets, clothes with an infected person. Animal scabies(through infected pets) can also present in humans but it is usually self limited.
