Diagnosed as sebaceous cyst, if no pain leave it alone
Detailed Answer:
Hello, greetings! Thanks for posting your query in hcm. I have seen the image that you attached and I feel that you have a small sebaceous cyst on your scrotum. Warts or herpes infection present with a PAINFUL bump and are sexually acquired. Sebaceous cysts are a common occurence among young men.
Sebaceous cysts occur due to accumulation of sebum (oil secreted by hair follicles), this happens due to blockage of the ducts. These cysts are painless, unless infected. If untreated, it might get infected, inflamed due to friction or might just rupture.
If the cyst is small and isn't causing any pain or discomfort, then it can be left alone. If the cyst grows in size it can be taken care of surgically by putting a small XXXXXXX over the cyst and draining out all the sebum followed by a course of antibiotics.
I hope this information was useful to you. If you have any further doubts, please feel free to ask me or please close this question and rate the answer.
Wish you good health.
