What Causes Reddish Brown Vaginal Discharge When On Nexplanon Birth Control ?

default
Posted on Mon, 9 Mar 2015
Question: I'm currently on nexplanon birth control and never bleed, not even spotting. I'm currently on my third implant, which expires in March. I've been having unprotected sex and yesterday I noticed some reddish-brown vaginal discharge. I do have some breast tenderness; well my nipples are sensitive. I took a pregnancy test almost three weeks ago and it was negative, but have had unprotected sex since then. Should I be worried?

SO the hormones would be awry at this time.
Most of the symptoms are explained by this fact.
No, you should not worry, since it expires only in March.
Such symptoms are common towards the fag end, while it is about to expire.
Since the test is negative, you are fine.
You can repeat the test in due time if you feel the odd symptoms.
