What Causes Reddish Spot On Tip Of Penis?

Question: Hi,

I have red colour on my tip of the penis...earlier it was a small mark, but now has spread to an inch.
I am not feeling any itching/pain and no issues whatsover. But is it an early symptom of penile cancer or just a skin disease?

Havnt consulted any doctor yet.

It is simple dryness of penile mucosa.
Don't worry it is not cancer.
just apply a mild steroid like Desonide.
