Question : I have small swelling in left eye which irritates also. Its pale reddish. Occuring since yesterday morning. I used general eye soothing drops but not much help.

The allergic condition is very likely and you can try Kitotefen eye drops
That looks like a sty
The best option for that would be ciprofloxacin eye drops 4 times a day
and hot fomentation of the area.

To a large extent, this is the infection of the base of eye lids
