What Causes Red,itchy Skin With Spots On Hands And Feet?

Question: I have skin allergy / irritation / reddishness / black / thickening / dryness of skin on certain spots on my hands and feet mostly on joints but few not on joints since quite some time ( ~ 2 years). I have seen skin specialists (2) and general physicians (2) in last 2 years for this problem. They have recommended different skin creams which I have used got some relief but the problem remains and erupts again.
