                                            Question : Hello,
I expect this conversation to be confidential. I am 32 years old male and married since 3 years. Before 3 months I've noticed some red colored, painless, itch less spots(king of very small bumps) on my glans penis. These are more in numbers on left side of the glans penis. I did not even know they are there till I moved back my foreskin today. They kind of become invisible when the penis is errect. However redness stays as it is. I do not feel any kind of discomfort like fever itching, pain etc. I was involved in an unprotected oral sex with a stranger before 2 years. Do I need to see a doctor?

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I assure you that the conversations on this website don't mention or discuss about the identity of a person.
I would prefer an Image (preferably 2-3) which is clear and shot in good light. I will be able to guide you better after having a look at them
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
Candidal balanitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have gone through the images. There is redness and bumps on glans penis.
The reason I suspect most likely for this is candidal infection. Itching is subjective and may not be bothersome. The oral sex encounter that you mention is certainly not related to this.
Does your wife suffer from vaginal discharge?Vulval itching?
I would suggest topical application of an antifungal+steroid combination e.g clotrin-B cream(clotrimazole+beclomethasone combination) twice daily for 7 days and that should be enough.
A single dose of an oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150 mg (Forcan 150 mg tablet) is also curative.
Avoid using soaps for cleaning the delicate genital skin. Use plain water rather.
Regards

Shall I go for both the treatments you have mentioned above? Or just any one of them?
