Irritated foreskin can be due to yeast infection or use of soaps and other chemicals on the foreskin or due to friction at the site.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
Alternatively you can apply topical antifungal like clotrimazole cream on the affected area twice daily for 10-14 days.
