Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is appearing like a fraction rash.
I treat such cases with with a combination of moisturising cream and an anti-fungal cream as there is always a risk of secondary fungal infection.
You can use any moisturising cream of your choice in morning and antifungal cream like clotrimazole in night.
also take an antihistamine tablet if there is itch.
Try to avoid walking and take a rest.
