What Causes Redness And Swelling On Shaft Of Penis?

Question: I went to a GP yesterday complaining about a swollen pelvis and burning urine. After a urine test he diagnosed kidney stones.

Today there is also a red swelling on the shaft of my penis and I have a slight itch/uncomfortable feeling in my testicles. I have had recent STD tests that were all clear. There is no discharge or pustules. There is no blood in my urine but I thought I could see some small white flecks.

I have already asked the question online but could not find a way to add pictures.

Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
I have gone through the details and photo.The photo is not clear but I could make out a rash on shaft of penis. It may be due to allergy or any insect bite of fungal infection. If there is swelling also accompanying redness more likely allergy or bite.
As many STDs tests are negative it is unlikely to be STDs.
Please clean area with warm water twice daily.
Look for any likely insects or allergen .
I would have advised antihistamine like cetrizine and Observed for 3-5 days .
Drink plenty of water.
Get treated for stones as per urologist opinion.
