Thanks for writing back. I have checked the attached images. They do not look concerning although there is some inflammation present. It can be left alone and recovery should spontaneously occur. Alternatively, you can use Hydrozole Cream (Hydrocortisone 1% w/w and clotrimazole 1% w/w) topically for no more than a week. I would recommend you to get a doctor's opinion if there is a scope or if the problem persists beyond a week.
I would insist you not to go for this medicine without consulting a doctor in the future.
