What Causes Redness And Warm Area At The Site Of Tooth Removal?

Infected area of 13, not osteomyelitis, get x Ray done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that the redness and warm area from where 13 was removed seems most probably be due to infection in that area or can also be due to traumatic injury caused by some hard foods leading to inflammation...
Secondly if it would be due to 11 tooth then it would be over the tooth particularly and not in area of 13..
Also pain in front of ears and jaw discomfort can be due to Sinus infection or even can be due to Jaw joint problems and for ruling out the cause a Panoramic x Ray can be done..
Consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated in this regard..
For redness in the area of 13 yoylu can apply antiseptic gel like Chlorohexidine mouthwash very ot and do warm saline gargles..
Do cool compresses over the gums..
In case if it improves, continue with the same but in case if there is no improvement, an x ray will be taken to rule out the exact cause and treatment can be done accordingly..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.

Why i was worried about osteomyelitis is because abscess was deep but it has been 6.5 months. I have major pressure around my nose that comes and goes and also dizzyness when it happens. My jaw and cheeks seem tender.. not painful but pressure.
What would be signs of osteomylitis?
Is there a possibility of nasal or oral cancer?
Symptoms looks consistent with Sinusitis..
Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..
As per your complain the symptoms of pressure around the nose and tenderness in jaw and cheeks are looking consistent with Sinus infection and inflammation..
Possibility of osteomyelitis and Oral or nasal cancer are negligible..
You can however consult with an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and he can advise you appropriate x rays that will help in confirming the diagnosis and relieve your anxiety..
You should also consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like PNS view x ray of sinuses and MRI SCAN can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
Any further questions are welcome..
Regards..

My pain seems to move around.. io feel it around nose, then next near ear, then in head that side and then pressure around teeth...it seems to vary milder and stronger.. my head gets bricking headache and mouth feels sore.. just afraid it may spread to brain or jaw.. I am taking amocxillin twice a day for last 3 days, doing salt water rinse but my headacje seems to start bother me more
Consult an ENT expert.
Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..
Symptoms are similar to Sinus infection only and headache and head pressure can occur due to Sinus inflammation..
It is not generally seen to spread to brain and jaw and become fatal, but to get relieved proper treatment is needed..
Consult an ENT EXPERT and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations as advised above can confirm the diagnosis and management will be done accordingly..
As of now you can also do steam inhalation, saline nasal irrigation and also take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen for relieving the symptoms..
Any further questions are welcome..
Regards..
